We had beforehand been exchanging some emails and devised their own itinerary.

Today let me introduce  how they enjoyed  "Shizuoka one day trip"

from Tokyo. ( 8:00am to 05:00pm, 9 hours)

8:00 am Welcome to Shizuoka! 

We welcomed 8 customers from Thailand.

They are staying at Tokyo and came to Shizuoka by bullet train 

(it takes only 1 hour).

Let's go! Comfortable chartered jumbo taxi

(capacity: 9 customers and a driver)

Their original itinerary was as below.

You can refer to your Shizuoka area one day trip.

Meet at JR Shizuoka Station → Nihondaira Plateau, 

(Ropeway /※one way),　Kunozan Toshogu Shrine,

(walk down 1,159 stone steps to the foot of Kunozan )

Strawberry picking at the foot of Kuno(limited season), 

Miho Pine Tree Grove,

Lunch at Shimizu Fish market "Kashi no ichi"

Shiraito & Otodome Falls, Finish at JR Shin-Fuji Station,

Go back to Tokyo by bullet train

Please note this is a pretty busy itinerary.

(If you are staying in  Tokyo and planning one day trip to Shizuoka 

you can refer this itinerary. 

The point is  "JR Shizuoka Station in and  JR Shin-Fuji Station out".

No need to return to JR Shizuoka Station 

if you are going back to Tokyo.

Location: in front of JR Shimizu Station

Lunch at "Kashi no ichi"("Fish Market")

This sushi restaurant is called Yasubei 

One of my recommended restaurants.

Move to  Fujinomiya City (through Shin Tomei highway)

Shiraito & Otodome Falls(part of Mt.Fuji World Heritage)

After that, their jumbo taxi headed to JR Shin-Fuji station.

Finished at the station.

Real Kimono & Japanese Dance Experience in Shizuoka

Today, let me introduce our high end activity that we will  start providing

from this spring (2018).
(included: Real Kimono, Learning Traditional Japanese Dance, Tea Time) 

"Ryoan"

is a long established Kimono Shop which very popular 

among Japanese dance teachers) in Shizuoka City.

I wrote, "Real Kimono" 

It means that we do not use cheap kimono

worn for kimono experience only.

We use Kimono loved by Japanese dance teachers!

Please take the time to admire these beautiful kimonos!

1.Select your favorite kimono from 10 kinds of kimono

How different is your image of Kimono used for kimono experience?  

 Absolutely gorgeous isn't it?

These are veteran kimono teachers.

The lady in the red kimono is enjoying the experience of trying a kimono. 

2.The kimono teachers make you dress in this Japanese tatami room

(This room is filled with the fragrance of Japanese incense "Okou")

Please enjoy your time to becoming a kimono lady or gentleman.

3.Learn one of Japanese traditional dances called "Sakura"

("Cherry Blossom") with real Japanese dance teachers.

You will be able to master this short (about 2 minutes) but wonderful dance.

You can show your friends this Japanese dance back home!

4.After the dance lesson, tea time!

Enjoy our world famous Shizuoka Green Tea and Japanese confectionery

in the tatami room.(Shizuoka is the most famous Japanese tea producing region.)

We are planning to start this activity soon.

Meeting point will be JR Shizuoka Station.

We are going to add transportation service to Ryoan Kimono Shop.
